It releases gases that are flammable when they come into contact with water or includes dioxides, organic peroxides, toxic, infectious, or corrosive substances, or such waste which is capable to produce another substance after disposal or emit toxic gases when they come into contact with air or water. This definition does not include the radioactive waste that needs special security measures for disposal.
